Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Evvo (the "Service"), operated by Evvo LLC ("we," "us"), Dover, Delaware, USA. By using the Service, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Evvo is

Evvo is an AI content studio. You provide information about your business, website, goals, and keywords, and the Service generates SEO-optimized blog drafts and social content for you to review, edit, and publish yourself. Evvo does not publish anything on your behalf and does not post to your website or social accounts automatically.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

4. Free trial

We may offer a limited free trial that lets you generate content without an account. The trial is provided for evaluation, is rate-limited, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Automated or abusive use of the trial is not permitted.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and renewals

Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any timeand will keep access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Whop; your statement will show a charge from "Evvo." You are responsible for keeping your payment method current.

6. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment, as described in our Refund Policy. Renewal payments are not covered by the guarantee.

7. Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the information you submit ("Inputs") and of the content the Service generates for you ("Outputs"). Subject to these Terms, you are free to edit, publish, and use your Outputs commercially. You grant us a limited license to process your Inputs and Outputs solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for reviewing all Outputs before you publish or rely on them.

8. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to use Evvo to generate unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, or to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.

9. AI-generated content

Outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content produced for others. You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing Outputs, for ensuring they don't infringe third-party rights, and for complying with the terms and content policies of any platform where you publish.

10. No guarantees of results

Evvo is a content-generation tool. We make no guarantee of any particular ranking, traffic, lead, or revenue outcome. Search results depend on many factors outside our control, and results vary.

11. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including Whop (payments and access) and AI infrastructure providers used to generate content. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evvo LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days before the claim.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date, and continued use after changes means you accept them.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
