1. Your license to use Evvo

Subject to your active subscription (or the limits of the free trial) and these policies, Evvo LLC grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service to generate content for your own business or clients. Content you generate ("Outputs") is yours to edit, publish, and use commercially.

2. Don't use Evvo to create

  • Unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive content, or content that impersonates a person or brand.
  • Content that infringes someone else's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  • Spam, malware, or content designed to manipulate search engines through prohibited tactics.
  • Hateful, harassing, or otherwise harmful content, or content that exploits or endangers minors.
  • Medical, legal, or financial claims presented as professional advice, or false earnings/results claims.

3. Don't misuse the Service

  • No reselling, sublicensing, or sharing your account credentials.

  • No automated abuse of the free trial or attempts to bypass rate limits.
  • No activity that overloads, disrupts, or compromises the Service or its infrastructure.

4. You review before you publish

Outputs are AI-generated and may be inaccurate or resemble content produced for others. You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing Outputs, ensuring they don't infringe third-party rights, and complying with the content policies of any platform where you publish.

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy, in line with our Terms of Service.
