If Evvo isn't right for you, you can request a full refund of your first paymentwithin 30 days of that payment — no questions asked. We'd rather you feel good about the decision than keep a payment from someone we didn't help.

How to request a refund

Email contact@evvo.storefrom the address on your account within your first 30 days and let us know you'd like a refund. We'll process it back to your original payment method, typically within a few business days.

Cancel anytime

Plans are monthly and you can cancel at any time from your Whop hub. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Renewal payments

The 30-day guarantee applies to your first payment. Because you can cancel anytime before a renewal, renewal payments are generally non-refundable — but if something went wrong, email us and we'll be fair about it.

How payments are handled

Payments and refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Whop. Your statement shows a charge from "Evvo."
