• Account & billing: your name and email, and subscription details. Payment card data is handled by Whop — we never receive or store it.
• Content you provide: the business details, sites, keywords, and prompts you enter to generate content.
• Generated content: the drafts and social posts Evvo produces for you.
• Usage data: basic logs, device/browser information, and analytics needed to run and secure the Service.

2. How we use your information

• To provide the Service — generate content, save your projects, and deliver access.
• To process payments and manage your subscription (via Whop).
• To secure, maintain, and improve the Service, including preventing abuse of the free trial.
• To respond to support requests and send essential service messages.

3. AI processing

To generate content, the information you enter is sent to third-party AI infrastructure providers that process it on our behalf to return a result. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles about you.

4. How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate — such as Whop (payments and access), our AI providers (content generation), hosting, email, and analytics — and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
